이용약관

제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 (주)소셜플랜(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 DeskTalk 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용에 관한 조건 및 절차, 회사와 회원 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (정의)
- "서비스"란 DeskTalk 앱 및 웹사이트를 통해 제공되는 데이터 동기화, 콘텐츠 관리, 파일 저장 등의 기능을 말합니다.
- "회원"이란 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스에 가입한 자를 말합니다.
- "콘텐츠"란 회원이 서비스에 업로드한 메모, 링크, 이미지, 영상, 파일 등의 데이터를 말합니다.
제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
- 본 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 회원에게 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
- 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 7일 전 앱 내 공지합니다.
제4조 (서비스의 제공)
회사는 다음 서비스를 제공합니다.
- 모바일·데스크탑 간 실시간 데이터 동기화
- 콘텐츠(메모, 링크, 이미지, 영상, 파일) 업로드 및 자동 분류
- 공유 데스크를 통한 데이터 공유
- 스케줄 관리
- 유료 구독을 통한 프리미엄 기능 제공
제5조 (회원 가입 및 탈퇴)
- 회원 가입은 Google 또는 Apple 계정을 통한 소셜 로그인으로 이루어집니다.
- 회원은 언제든지 앱 내 설정에서 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있으며, 탈퇴 시 모든 데이터가 즉시 삭제됩니다.
제6조 (회원의 의무)
- 회원은 서비스를 이용하여 불법적인 콘텐츠를 업로드하거나, 타인의 권리를 침해하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 회원은 타인의 개인정보를 무단으로 수집, 저장, 공개해서는 안 됩니다.
- 회원은 서비스의 안정적인 운영을 방해하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
제7조 (유료 서비스 및 결제)
- 유료 구독은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play Store를 통해 결제됩니다.
- 구독은 자동 갱신되며, 갱신일 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 연장됩니다.
- 구독 해지는 각 스토어의 구독 관리 메뉴에서 직접 진행해야 합니다.
제8조 (서비스 중단)
회사는 시스템 점검, 설비 장애, 천재지변 등 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 일시적으로 중단할 수 있습니다.
제9조 (면책)
- 회사는 회원이 서비스에 게시한 콘텐츠의 신뢰성, 정확성에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
- 회사는 무료 서비스에 대해서는 별도의 보증을 하지 않습니다.
제10조 (분쟁 해결)
본 약관과 관련한 분쟁은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 관할 법원은 회사 소재지 관할 법원으로 합니다.

Terms of Service
Effective: March 19, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between SocialPlan Inc. (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of the DeskTalk service (hereinafter "Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to data synchronization, content management, file storage, and other features provided through the DeskTalk app and website.
- "User" refers to a person who has agreed to these Terms and registered for the Service.
- "Content" refers to data such as memos, links, images, videos, and files uploaded by users to the Service.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification)
- These Terms become effective when posted on the Service or communicated to users through other means.
- The Company may modify these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws, with at least 7 days' notice via the app before changes take effect.
Article 4 (Provision of Service)
The Company provides the following services:
- Real-time data synchronization between mobile and desktop
- Upload and auto-categorization of content (memos, links, images, videos, files)
- Data sharing through shared desks
- Schedule management
- Premium features through paid subscriptions
Article 5 (Registration and Withdrawal)
- Registration is completed through social login via Google or Apple accounts.
- Users may request account deletion at any time through the app settings. All data is immediately deleted upon withdrawal.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
- Users must not upload illegal content or infringe on the rights of others through the Service.
- Users must not collect, store, or disclose personal information of others without authorization.
- Users must not engage in activities that interfere with the stable operation of the Service.
Article 7 (Paid Services and Billing)
- Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Subscriptions auto-renew and will automatically extend unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Subscription cancellation must be processed directly through each store's subscription management menu.
Article 8 (Service Interruption)
The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service due to unavoidable circumstances such as system maintenance, equipment failure, or force majeure.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of content posted by users on the Service.
- The Company provides no separate warranty for the free service.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court shall be the court with jurisdiction over the Company's location.
