DeskTalk Privacy Policy

1. Personal Information Collected

DeskTalk (hereinafter "App") collects the following information to provide the Service:

• Account Information: Email address, name (provided via Google login)
• User Content: Data directly uploaded by users, such as memos, links, images, videos, and files
• Device Information: Device type, OS version (for service optimization)

2. Camera Permission

The App requests camera access so users can upload photos taken with their camera to boards. The camera is only activated when the user explicitly uses the photo capture feature and is never accessed automatically or in the background.

3. Purpose of Use

• Service provision and account management
• Data synchronization between desktop and mobile
• Service improvement and bug fixes

4. Data Retention and Deletion

User data is securely stored as long as the account is maintained. All personal information and user content are immediately deleted upon account deletion.

5. Third-Party Sharing

The App does not sell or share users' personal information with third parties. However, the following services are used for service operation:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, data storage
• Cloudflare R2: File storage

6. User Rights

• Users may view, modify, or delete their data within the App at any time.
• Users may request account deletion, upon which all data is permanently removed.
