DeskTalk의 휴면 회원 정책과 계정 삭제 방법을 안내합니다.
1. 휴면 회원 정책
DeskTalk은 장기간 미접속 시 사용자 데이터를 보호하기 위해 단계적 휴면 처리를 진행합니다.
단계별 안내
- 150일 미접속: 1차 경고 알림이 발송됩니다. 이 시점에 로그인하면 휴면 처리가 취소됩니다.
- 173일 미접속: 최종 경고 알림이 발송됩니다. 7일 이내에 로그인하지 않으면 휴면 처리됩니다.
- 180일 미접속: 계정이 휴면 상태로 전환되며, 다음 데이터가 영구 삭제됩니다.
휴면 처리 시 삭제되는 데이터
- 개인데스크의 모든 아이템 (메모, 링크, 이미지, 영상, 파일)
- R2 스토리지에 저장된 모든 파일 (이미지, 영상, 파일, 스냅샷)
- 공유데스크 관련 데이터
ℹ️ 참고: 휴면 처리 후에도 계정 자체는 유지됩니다. 다시 로그인하면 빈 상태에서 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
2. 회원 탈퇴 (계정 삭제)
회원 탈퇴 시 계정과 모든 데이터가 즉시 영구 삭제되며, 복구할 수 없습니다.
탈퇴 방법
- DeskTalk 앱 실행 → 로그인
- 설정 (모바일: 하단 탭 설정 / PC: 좌측 사이드바 설정)
- 내 정보 메뉴 선택
- 하단의 회원탈퇴 버튼 클릭
- 안내 확인 후 탈퇴하기 클릭
⚠️ 주의: 탈퇴 시 아래 데이터가 즉시 영구 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다.
삭제되는 데이터
- 계정 정보 (이메일, 닉네임, 프로필)
- 개인데스크의 모든 콘텐츠 (메모, 링크, 이미지, 영상, 파일)
- 공유데스크에서 내가 업로드한 모든 데이터
- 즐겨찾기, 책갈피 등 모든 설정
- R2 스토리지에 저장된 모든 파일
ℹ️ 구독 해지: 활성 유료 구독이 있는 경우, 탈퇴 전 반드시 App Store 또는 Google Play Store에서 구독을 먼저 해지해주세요. 앱 내 탈퇴만으로는 스토어 구독이 자동 해지되지 않습니다.
처리 기간
탈퇴 요청 즉시 모든 데이터가 삭제됩니다. 서버에 저장된 파일은 24시간 이내에 완전 제거됩니다.

DeskTalk's dormant account policy and how to delete your account.
1. Dormant Account Policy
DeskTalk applies a gradual dormancy process when an account remains inactive for an extended period.

Step-by-step
- 150 days inactive: A first warning notification is sent. Logging in at this point cancels the dormancy process.
- 173 days inactive: A final warning notification is sent. If you don't log in within 7 days, your account will go dormant.
- 180 days inactive: Your account becomes dormant and the following data is permanently deleted.
Data deleted upon dormancy
- All personal desk items (memos, links, images, videos, files)
- All files stored in R2 storage (images, videos, files, snapshots)
- Shared desk related data
ℹ️ Note: Your account itself is preserved after dormancy. You can log back in and start using the service from a fresh state.
2. Account Deletion
Deleting your account will immediately and permanently remove all your data. This action cannot be undone.
How to delete
- Open DeskTalk app → Sign in
- Settings (Mobile: bottom tab / PC: left sidebar)
- Select My Profile
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom
- Confirm and tap Delete
⚠️ Warning: The following data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Data deleted
- Account information (email, nickname, profile)
- All personal desk content (memos, links, images, videos, files)
- All data you uploaded to shared desks
- Favorites, bookmarks, and all settings
- All files stored in R2 storage
ℹ️ Subscriptions: If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it in the App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions.
Processing time
All data is deleted immediately upon request. Files stored on servers are fully removed within 24 hours.
